One of our reputed clients is seeking dynamic and target-driven Telesales Agents to join their growing sales team. The role focuses on engaging with customers over calls, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, capable of handling customer interactions effectively and driving conversions.

SALARY: LKR 40,000 + Target-Based Incentives + Overtime

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Promote and explain products/services clearly to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer information in the system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
