Art Director, Digital & Brand

Voxal is a design-led digital agency working with premium wellness, aesthetics, and luxury brands across the US. We craft elevated, high-end digital experiences and we're looking for a sharp, taste-driven Art Director, Digital & Brand to join our growing remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes high-end aesthetics, understands what luxury clients expect, and can translate vision into refined, intentional design. We're not looking for someone who just executes briefs. We want someone who leads creative direction, thinks strategically, and raises the bar on everything they touch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interpreting client feedback and translating it into polished, high-end design content
• Developing branding systems and moodboards tailored to luxury and premium brand positioning
• Leading the creative direction for visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences
• Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and guiding them on interface design decisions
• Reviewing and art directing UI designs to ensure they align with brand standards and client expectations
• Maintaining visual consistency across multiple live projects and client accounts
• Bringing fresh creative thinking and strong aesthetic judgment to every project

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end branding, visual design, and creative direction
• Proven ability to build and present branding systems and moodboards at a luxury level
• Confidence in guiding and instructing UI/UX designers on design direction and visual execution
• Deep understanding of design content creation based on client feedback and strategic briefs
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Outstanding creativity with a sharp eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics
• Strong understanding of design tools, industry trends, and premium brand standards
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a remote setup
