Creative Developer, React & Three.js

Remote | Full-Time

Voxal is a design-led digital agency working with premium wellness, aesthetics, and luxury brands across the US. We craft elevated, high-end digital experiences and we're looking for a technically exceptional, creatively driven Creative Developer to join our growing remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who sees the browser as a canvas. We're not looking for someone who just builds websites. We want someone who crafts immersive, story-driven digital experiences that stop people in their tracks and leave a lasting impression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building immersive, story-driven web experiences using React and Three.js
• Crafting scroll-based narratives and interactive storytelling sequences that guide the user journey
• Implementing heavy, high-end animations using GSAP, Framer Motion, ScrollTrigger, and similar tools
• Translating Figma designs into precise, polished, and performant builds
• Building 3D scenes, WebGL visuals, and canvas-based interactions that elevate the brand experience
• Collaborating closely with designers to ensure pixel-accurate and interaction-rich execution
• Writing clean, scalable, and well-structured code across multiple live projects
• Conducting QA checks to ensure consistency across devices and breakpoints
• Supporting ongoing feature development and continuous improvements on live products

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with React and Three.js
• Deep knowledge of animation and motion tools including GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, or similar
• Proven ability to build scroll-driven, storytelling web experiences at a high level
• Solid understanding of WebGL, canvas, and 3D scene composition for the web
• Strong fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• A genuine eye for design, aesthetics, and high-end digital experiences
• Ability to understand and interpret design intent and translate it faithfully into code
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, well-organized work
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently
• Webflow experience is a strong plus and will stand out in your application
