One of our reputed international clients in the Driving Training / Transport industry is seeking skilled and disciplined Driving Instructors – Light Vehicle for overseas employment in Qatar. The role focuses on training learner drivers, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting candidates in successfully obtaining their driving licenses.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced driver with strong communication skills, good knowledge of traffic rules, and the ability to train and guide learners effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train learner drivers in light vehicle manual driving.
• Provide guidance on traffic rules, road safety, and driving techniques.
• Prepare candidates for traffic signal tests and practical driving tests.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to local traffic laws and safety standards.
• Maintain professional interaction with trainees and support their progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid home country driving license (manual).
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with the same license category.
• Minimum education: MOFA-attested Higher Secondary Certificate (Plus Two) or above.
• Good driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, and English.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Gross salary of QAR 1,500 per month.
• Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
• Overtime as per company policy.
• Incentives including:Customer passing incentive Customer referral incentive
• Annual paid leave as per Qatar Labour Law.
• Air ticket provided once every two years.
• Medical (Health Card) provided by the company.
• Qatar Driving License (Light Vehicle – Manual) provided by the company (subject to minimum 4-year service commitment).

TRAINING PERIOD & LICENSE ACQUISITION:

• Food allowance of QAR 300 per month during the training period.
• Accommodation provided by the company during training.
• Salary will commence after obtaining the teaching permit.
• Training provided by the company for:Traffic Department Signal Test Practical Driving Test

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

• Retest or additional course fees due to failed attempts will be borne by the employee and deducted from salary.
• Failure to obtain the Qatar driving license within allowed attempts may result in termination.
• In such cases, company-incurred expenses (license, training, visa, etc.) may be recovered as per company policy and applicable law.
