We are seeking a skilled** **Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team. If you are a natural problem-solver who loves diving into hardware and software challenges, this is your chance to build a career in IT. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" for our technical operations, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed while learning from the best in the business.

Your Role:

• Act as the first point of contact for internal technical queries, helping teammates resolve day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, peripherals, and software used across the business;
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting for office Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, escalating more complex issues where required;
• Support user account management, endpoint updates, and backup procedures in line with established IT processes;
• Provide support for platforms such as Google Workspace and JIRA, and assist with basic user access and routine administration tasks;
• Create simple, "how-to" guides and FAQs to help our team troubleshoot common issues independently.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Previous internship, helpdesk, or entry-level IT support experience is preferred;
• Familiarity with supporting both Windows 10/11 and macOS environments;
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WLAN, and TCP/IP, along with general IT security principles;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Exposure to Google Workspace and JIRA is a bonus.
