Role Overview

TSA Media Group (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Creative Director to lead creative quality, brand consistency, creative direction, and team standards across branding, design, campaigns, content, production, and internal marketing.

This role exists to ensure creative work is strategically aligned, commercially effective, visually strong, and consistently delivered across all relevant channels and client accounts.

This is not just a senior designer role. This is a creative leadership, standards, growth, and execution role.

Core Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction and Quality Ownership

Own and lead the creative direction across client accounts and internal initiatives, including:

  • Campaign direction
  • Visual identity consistency
  • Concept development
  • Layout and communication quality
  • Brand alignment
  • Multi-platform creative adaptation
  • Creative coherence across channels

Ensure direction is clear before execution begins and weak work is corrected early.

2. Creative Quality Control and Review Systems

Oversee the quality of output across:

  • Branding
  • Design
  • Campaign creative
  • Social media content
  • Presentations and pitch material
  • Production-related visual work
  • Internal TSA Media Group (Pvt) Ltd marketing assets

Build review systems that catch quality issues before they reach clients or leadership.

3. Team Leadership and Capability Building

Lead and develop the creative team by:

  • Setting quality benchmarks
  • Coaching stronger visual thinking and execution
  • Providing clear, actionable feedback
  • Improving judgment, taste, and consistency
  • Supporting performance accountability
  • Identifying capability gaps and growth opportunities

7. Systems, Asset Management, and Standards
