🔎 AVAILABLE POSITION - AUDIOLOGIST
The Audiologist is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. This role focuses on delivering high-quality audiological services, including fitting and managing hearing devices, providing rehabilitation and counseling, and supporting public health initiatives related to ear and hearing care. The successful candidate will work closely with ENT specialists and medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient management, adhere to strict clinical safety standards, and participate in community outreach programs to promote hearing health awareness.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology (minimum requirement).
- Master’s Degree in Audiology is preferred.
- Eligible for registration/licensing with the relevant Health Professional Council.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience (new graduates under supervision may be considered).
- Experience working with both children and adults is preferred.
- Experience in community or rural health settings is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong clinical diagnostic and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and a culturally sensitive approach to patient care.
- Ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients and families.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with specialized audiology software.
- Adaptability to work effectively in resource-limited or outreach settings.
