What you’ll do

• Design and deploy OpenClaw/other agents for marketing, sales, ops, and product
• Build end-to-end workflows and automations across tools (CRM, ads, content, support)
• Own agent performance: reliability, cost, latency, output quality
• Create reusable playbooks and internal tools
• Set up data pipelines, tracking, and dashboards for all workflows
• Continuously test, improve, and scale agents across teams (evals)
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product to solve real bottlenecks

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on builder. You’ve shipped real agent systems or automations
• Strong with APIs, integrations, and workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts)
• Can code (Python/JS preferred) and debug systems fast
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting, and agent frameworks
• Data-first mindset. Measures everything
• Moves fast, doesn’t wait for instructions
• Strong operator and manager

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenClaw or similar agents
• Experience building internal tools or growth automations
• Startup experience, 0→1 and scaling

Success in 21 days

• Prospecting agent that activates old leads for sales conversions.
• Core company workflows automated with measurable ROI
• Reliable agent systems in production (not breaking daily) (This is your biggest KPI)
• Clear dashboards on performance and cost
