One of our reputed clients is seeking skilled and experienced Chinese Chefs to prepare authentic Chinese cuisine while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:

• 12 Hours per Day
• Monthly 4 Days Leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
• Manage wok cooking, frying, steaming, and grilling processes efficiently.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
• Introduce new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Ensure timely preparation during peak service hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in hotels or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
