One of our reputed clients is seeking experienced Rice and Curry Chefs to prepare traditional Sri Lankan meals with excellent taste and quality.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:

• 12 Hours per Day
• Monthly 4 Days Leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare high-quality rice and curry dishes with authentic Sri Lankan flavors.
• Cook vegetable, meat, seafood, and gravy items daily.
• Ensure freshness of ingredients and proper food storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen stock and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate meal preparation according to daily demand.
• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Rice and Curry Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine and spices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good time management and teamwork skills.
• Strong hygiene awareness.
