One of our reputed clients is seeking talented and experienced Bakery Chefs to prepare bakery products with excellent quality and consistency.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:

• 12 Hours per Day
• Monthly 4 Days Leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare breads, buns, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in bakery areas.
• Manage ingredient stock and storage properly.
• Create fresh daily bakery items based on demand.
• Minimize wastage and maintain production schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Baker.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to operate ovens and bakery machinery.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work long hours in a production environment.
