Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is strongly focused on sales calls, lead generation, client communication, and business development, with a special focus on the Australian market.

The ideal candidate should have strong English speaking and writing skills, be comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone, and be eager to learn how sales and marketing work together to drive business growth. This role is especially suited for someone who is confident on calls and interested in working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and business opportunities, especially within the Australian market
  • Support outbound outreach through cold calls, follow-up calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Speak with leads confidently and professionally to introduce services and identify interest
  • Handle sales calls clearly and confidently in English
  • Follow up with leads consistently and help move them through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain lead lists, follow-up updates, and sales records using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
  • Support marketing activities that contribute to lead generation and sales growth

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills are essential, especially for phone calls and client conversations
  • Strong interest in sales, lead generation, business development, and client handling
  • Confidence in speaking with potential clients over calls
  • Good understanding of professional communication and follow-up etiquette
  • Interest in working with or learning about the Australian market
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage leads and follow-ups properly
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and learn quickly
