Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Data Analyst to support the Sales Operations team. The role involves managing sales data, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining FA and ERP application for sales team

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance

• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the sales team and management

• Maintain accuracy and consistency of sales databases and trackers

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and other internal teams for data collection and validation

• Track targets, achievements, incentives, and productivity reports

• Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and trend analysis

• Ensure timely sharing of reports and dashboards with stakeholders

• Assist in streamlining sales processes and improving reporting efficiency 

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command over MS Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, charts, etc.)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, or a similar role

• High level of confidence while communicating with internal teams and management

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

• Good verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc preferred)

• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage
