Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and MYOB, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and MYOB.
Record invoices, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Assist with bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required.
Support month-end closing activities.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents (digital and physical).
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
Requirements
Proven experience working with QuickBooks and MYOB.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar accounts role is preferred.
AAT / CA-Foundation or similar qualification is an advantage.
