Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support the accounts team by accurately inputting and maintaining financial data. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter accounting data into Excel/accounting software (invoices, payments, expenses).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Cross-check data against source documents for accuracy.
Assist with basic reconciliations (cash, bank, invoices).
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
Prior experience in data entry or accounts is an advantage.
