Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E‑Commerce Order Processing Executive to manage online customer orders from receipt to dispatch. The role involves accurate order entry, coordination with warehouse/logistics, and ensuring timely and correct fulfillment of all e‑commerce orders.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify online orders received via website, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
Enter orders accurately into the system and update order status.
Coordinate with warehouse / stores for picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure correct invoicing, packing slips, and delivery details.
Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or failed orders.
Handle basic customer queries related to order status and delivery.
Maintain daily order, dispatch, and return reports.
Flag stock issues, payment mismatches, or system errors to the relevant team.
Requirements
Prior experience in e‑commerce order processing or retail operations is preferred.
Good computer skills (Excel, order management systems).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or similar is an advantage.
