Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and maintain Scrum Artifacts for multiple teams while supporting other governance aspects of the Projects.
- Be the Champion on Agile/Scrum process while coaching and mentoring the team.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution and team productivity.
- Work closely with Product/Business Owners to manage and refine the product roadmaps.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Drive agile maturity across teams and promote best practices within the organization.
- Track and report key agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, burn-down charts, etc.).
- Support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines
- Identify risks and dependencies proactively , managing the same effectively.
- Facilitate a culture of innovation , accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8+ years of experience in agile environments, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced or cross-functional environments.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive organizational change.
- Candidates with Fintec/BFS experience will be given priority.
