Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions that align with business goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed process mapping to visualize current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take on a leadership role in projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a track record of leading successful projects and delivering process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead project teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing business analysis projects.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Candidates with Fintec/BFS experience will be given priority.
