Main responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with clarity and structure
• Work extensively across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
• Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Support system configuration, implementation, and optimisation within Dynamics 365 and Business Central
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP enhancements
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of processes, requirements, and system changes
• Work effectively within cross-functional and international teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP / Microsoft Dynamics environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) with exposure to Sales and Project Operations is considered an advantage
• Experience working with Microsoft Business Central
• Solid understanding of end-to-end ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and implementation cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service
• Experience working in international or distributed teams
• Prior involvement in full-cycle ERP/Dynamics 365 implementations
