Job Title: Female Telemarketing Executive Salary: LKR 60,000 (Take Home) Industry Preference: Education Sector

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telemarketing Executive with experience in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students, promoting educational programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
  • Promote courses, programs, and services effectively
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, preferably in the education industry
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in Tamil and/or English (Sinhala is an added advantage)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
