Under the Island Life portfolio, a distinguished luxury boutique hotel in Hiriketiya, set to open in September 2026, invites applications for the position of Hotel Manager. Currently under development, this property is designed to redefine coastal luxury and personalized hospitality in Sri Lanka’s south.

We are seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to lead the pre-opening phase and shape an experience rooted in elegance, service excellence, and authenticity.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

1. Demonstrated success in hotel pre-openings, with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence.
2. A strong foundation in Rooms Division, with a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
3. Strong PR and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to position the property within the premium market.
4. Prior exposure to the Southern coastal region of Sri Lanka (preferred).
5. Good knowledge of all hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services).
6. A natural ability to mentor, inspire, and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
7. This role demands a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of curating a truly memorable guest journey while establishing robust operational standards.
