- Lead overall Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support production targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning processes.
- Design and implement performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
- Oversee training & development programs, including TNA and competency development.
- Manage payroll, compensation & benefits programs.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting processes.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Manage labor union relationships and collective bargaining agreements (PP/PKB).
- Handle employee disputes, disciplinary cases, and termination processes.
- Coordinate with government institutions such as Ministry of Manpower, BPJS, environmental agencies, and related authorities.
- Ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
- Oversee facility management including buildings, vehicles, security, and cleaning services.
- Manage company licenses, permits, and legal documentation (OSS, NIB, etc.).
- Oversee company asset management and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR, safety, and compliance.
- Handle crisis situations including labor disputes, employee demonstrations, legal conflicts, and community complaints.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives including HRIS implementation and workforce automation readiness.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRD & General Affairs.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in manufacturing companies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical, FMCG, heavy industry, or other high-risk industries.
- Minimum age: 35 years old.
- Proven experience handling shift workforce management.
HR & Industrial Relations Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Extensive experience managing labor unions.
- Experience drafting company regulations and collective labor agreements.
- Strong experience in conflict resolution and employee termination cases.
- Experience working with government agencies and third-party vendors.
General Affairs Expertise
- Strong facility management capabilities.
- Experience managing company licenses and permits.
- Strong asset management and vendor management experience.
Safety & Compliance Expertise
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
- Knowledge of HSE/EHS systems.
- Experience handling hazardous materials (B3).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Strong environmental compliance knowledge.
Preferred Certifications
- CHRP / CHRM
- Occupational Health & Safety Certification (K3 General / Chemical K3)
- ISO Auditor Certification (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
- HRIS / SAP HR / Oracle HR certification
