Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business growth by aligning people strategies with company objectives. This role will oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both operational and managerial roles
  • Develop workforce planning and organizational structure strategies
  • Design and implement performance management systems linked to business KPIs
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Oversee learning & development programs, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Build and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR systems
  • Manage compensation & benefits structure, job grading, and salary benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and HR regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
  • Support HR digital transformation initiatives including HRIS implementation
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HRBP, HR Manager, or similar leadership roles
  • Experience handling HR operations in companies with 150–300+ employees
  • Strong experience in recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
  • Experience hiring mid-management to senior-level positions is preferred
  • Familiarity with compensation structure, job grading, and HR policies
  • Experience implementing HRIS or digital HR systems is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or fast-growing companies is highly preferred
