As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced paraplanners to join our expanding team and work alongside Australian financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning outcomes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do?

• Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Work on more advanced financial planning topics and strategic advice areas.
• Support financial advisers with technical analysis and tailored client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian financial planning standards and internal processes.
• Manage workflows efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For?

• Proven experience in Australian paraplanning
• Strong experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs
• Good industry knowledge and strong technical understanding of financial planning strategies
• Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
