Main responsibilities
- Develop and customise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)
- Build and support extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Customise forms, entities, and business logic based on business requirements
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs/issues in existing implementations
- Support system testing, UAT, and deployments
- Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for live projects
- Work closely with Business Analysts and senior developers
- Translate functional requirements into technical components (with guidance)
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
- Continuously build knowledge in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Stay updated with Microsoft tools, updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software development experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O or CRM)
- Requires proficiency in either X++ (for F&O) or C#, .NET, and JavaScript (for CRM).
- Basic understanding of integrations (APIs, OData) is an advantage
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
