Main responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to support smooth project delivery and improve team efficiency
• Act as a coordination point between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and team progress to keep work aligned with goals
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams
• Support reporting by maintaining regular project updates and sharing progress with stakeholders
• Contribute to project planning and roadmap discussions to align with business and product goals
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for product changes, features, and processes
• Support product release cycles by coordinating across teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Assist in testing and validating features to ensure quality and a smooth user experience
• Help improve internal processes and workflows for better team productivity

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software project management or coordination roles
• 1–2 years of experience working directly with clients in a technical environment
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and ways of working
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Basic understanding of eCommerce, CRM systems, or SaaS products
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Exposure to cloud-based systems or API integrations
• Basic understanding or exposure to AI-related tools or projects
