We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Call Center Executives with experience in banking recovery or financial services to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan/credit recovery
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Meet assigned recovery targets and KPIs
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, banking, finance, or recovery roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM systems)
- Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English will be an added advantage)
