We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Call Center Executives with experience in banking recovery or financial services to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan/credit recovery
  • Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Meet assigned recovery targets and KPIs

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, banking, finance, or recovery roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM systems)
  • Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English will be an added advantage)
