We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant / Senior Associate Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting and hands-on experience with UK-based clients and cloud accounting tools.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using Xero
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner via Xero
- Perform supplier and customer reconciliations
- Support forecasting and financial planning activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant standards
π Requirements & Qualifications
- Part-qualified in a professional accountancy qualification (AAT / ICASL / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
- A university degree or completed HND in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage
- 1β4 years of experience, preferably within the UK accounting industry
Hands-on experience in:
- Bookkeeping using Xero
- Payroll processing in Xero
- Forecasting and planning in Xero
Supplier and customer reconciliations
Strong command of English with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be willing to work on UK shifthours on site
