Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale digital marketing efforts across all company brands. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, revenue-focused, and well-versed in modern marketing tools, including AI-driven platforms. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth aligned with business targets
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, automation, and insights
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights
• Manage marketing efforts across all company brands, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to align marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role

• Strong hands-on experience with:Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Ads SEO (on-page & off-page)

• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets

• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., automation, analytics, content generation tools)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
