Head of Sales – B2B

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead the B2B growth of SafetySures. This role will focus primarily on building and scaling our presence across key industries, while also overseeing retail channel issues when required. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive revenue through relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients across industries:Construction Restaurants / Hospitality Plantations Manufacturing Government / Institutional sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, negotiation, closing)
  • Handle and support tender processes (RFPs, RFQs, documentation, submissions)
  • Oversee and resolve retail channel issues as needed (minimal involvement)
  • Build, mentor, and manage the sales pipeline and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Strong existing network and relationships within:Construction, manufacturing, hospitality, plantations, or government sectors
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results

Nice to Have

  • Experience handling government or corporate tenders
  • Prior experience in safety products, industrial supplies, or related sectors
  • Leadership or team management experience
