We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team and drive recruitment across our growing business portfolio.

At Infinite Business Ventures  we operate across multiple sectors including Fashion, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, managing a diverse portfolio of brands such as Be Desi, Be Dapper, Safety Sure, Protecto, and Giggles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the overall hiring strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across departments
• Develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Create job descriptions and structured interview processes
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection procedures
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Male / Female candidates are welcome
• Age below 35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) will be an added advantage
