We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our team and support our growing fashion retail operations.

Be Desi, a part of Infinite Brands under Infinite Business Ventures, is a fast-growing fashion brand, and we are seeking someone who has a strong interest in fashion trends, sourcing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and selecting products in line with brand requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely purchasing
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
• Conduct market research on fashion trends and competitor products
• Support pricing, product selection, and merchandising decisions
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier details
• Work closely with showroom and sales teams to understand demand

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail (preferred)
• Strong interest in fashion and market trends
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
