Job Role:

This role is dedicated to the fast-paced Air Freight segment, where speed and technical accuracy are paramount. You will work with clients whose products require time-sensitive shipping solutions, positioning the air cargo network as a critical business enabler. You will act as a logistics consultant, designing solution suggestions that balance air freight costs with lead-time requirements. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage international customer relationships and master the technicalities of air-based supply chains.

Products and solutions include air freight services, sea freight and ocean specializations, digital visibility and tracking tools, certifications and specialized handling for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and dangerous goods, as well as one-stop logistics and supply chain consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Acquisition: Focus on 3PL and Air Freight opportunities, targeting international companies with high-frequency shipping needs.
  • Pricing Simulation: Perform detailed simulations for air cargo buying and selling rates to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
  • Technical Proposal Design: Architect solution suggestions that address specific air logistics challenges, including dangerous goods or temperature-controlled needs.
  • Compliance & Flow: Manage the complexities of the international air import/export process, ensuring smooth customs clearance and terminal handling.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with international stakeholders through transparent communication and reliable service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Selling, Business Development, or Account Management for 3PL or Air Freight, preferably at SPV or Assistant Manager level.
  • Experience in logistics companies selling B2B products and solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of air freight operations, route optimization, and air-specific handling.
  • Skilled in commercial engineering, including tender management, pricing simulations, and designing logistics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industrial markets, international air trade lanes, and logistics compliance including import/export processes and customs regulations.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing high-value international corporate accounts.
  • Fluent in English for business communication, including meetings and negotiations.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, proactive, independent, with strong relationship management, presentation skills, and professional communication abilities.
