Job Role:

This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall commercial success and strategic expansion of the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and Contract Logistics division. You will oversee the entire portfolio of warehousing and multimodal transportation solutions, ensuring the delivery of innovative, integrated supply chain management services across the region.

As a Manager, you are expected to be a visionary leader capable of designing long-term growth roadmaps and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will personally lead high-stakes negotiations for multimodal business opportunities and ensure that the W&D division remains commercially agile and operationally collaborative across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Exercise strong leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and developing a professional sales team for the W&D segment.
  • Multimodal Strategy: Drive the sales of complex multimodal transportation (land, sea, air) and contract logistics concepts by educating clients on integrated supply chain solutions.
  • Regional Market Steering: Analyze market and sales trends specifically in the Surabaya and Cibitung areas to identify and capture long-term business opportunities.
  • Executive Presentation: Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to secure high-volume, multi-year logistics contracts with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the W&D division remains target-oriented, providing visionary oversight for business opportunities in the Bekasi area and its surroundings

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional sales leader or Sales Operations Manager in W&D / 3PL, with proven track record in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry, and recent experience in leadership and strategic roles
  • Strong understanding of multimodal transportation (land, sea, air) and advanced contract logistics concepts
  • Deep technical knowledge of supply chain management, including warehousing, inventory management, and freight forwarding, with expertise in analyzing market trends and developing area-specific revenue targets
  • Success in managing and developing a professional sales team to achieve collective targets, with strong skills in C-level negotiations, high-stakes commercial presentations, relationship management, and client communications
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, hands-on, inspirational, and motivating leader, proactive, independent, and able to perform under minimal supervision
