Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative

Zyner.io is an unlimited design subscription service helping startups and growing companies access high-quality design without hiring in-house designers, managing freelancers, or working with multiple agencies.

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative to contact leads that fit our ICP, introduce Zyner’s offer, qualify interest, and help generate new sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, understands how to speak with decision-makers, and knows how to turn cold conversations into real opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads that match Zyner’s ICP
  • Learn Zyner’s offer, pricing, target audience, and positioning clearly
  • Speak with founders, marketing leaders, operators, and other decision-makers
  • Introduce Zyner’s unlimited design subscription in a clear and compelling way
  • Qualify prospects based on their design needs, timing, budget, and fit
  • Handle objections and guide interested prospects toward the next step
  • Book qualified meetings or move leads forward in the sales process
  • Keep accurate records of call responses, lead status, and follow-ups
  • Consistently work toward the targets and performance goals set by the sales team
  • Work with the team to improve scripts, messaging, and call performance

Compensation

This is a commission-only role.

You will earn 5% of all cash collected from deals that are closed.

Strong performers, especially those closing more quarterly and annual packages, can expect to earn $8,000/month or more.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work during US business hours
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers
  • Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
  • Ability to quickly learn Zyner’s ICP, offer, and sales positioning
  • Organized, consistent, and performance-focused
  • Previous B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR experience is a strong plus
  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced caller who is confident, persuasive, and highly result-driven. You should be comfortable making outbound calls, learning a service-based offer in detail, and consistently improving based on feedback and performance.
