Zyner.io is an unlimited design subscription service helping startups and growing companies access high-quality design without hiring in-house designers, managing freelancers, or working with multiple agencies.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Appointment Setter to follow up with warm leads, re-engage interested prospects, and help move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, and skilled at turning existing interest into booked sales calls.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads who have already shown interest in Zyner
- Contact interested prospects from channels such as email, LinkedIn, website inquiries, or previous outreach
- Call leads who expressed interest but have not yet booked a sales call
- Follow up with leads who booked a call but did not show up
- Re-engage prospects who attended a call but did not move forward
- Help keep interested leads active inside the sales funnel
- Clearly explain Zyner’s unlimited design subscription and guide prospects toward the next step
- Qualify prospects based on their design needs, timing, budget, and overall fit
- Book and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team
- Keep accurate records of lead status, responses, booked meetings, no-shows, and follow-ups
- Consistently work toward the targets and performance goals set by the sales team
- Work with the team to improve follow-up scripts, messaging, and appointment-setting performance
Compensation
This is a commission-only role.
You will earn 5% of all cash collected from deals that are closed.
Strong performers, especially those closing more quarterly and annual packages, can expect to earn $8,000/month or more.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Comfortable speaking with founders, marketing leaders, operators, and other decision-makers
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn Zyner’s ICP, offer, and sales positioning
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups at once
- Consistent, reliable, and performance-focused
- Previous appointment setting, sales follow-up, B2B sales, or CRM experience is a strong plus
