Zyner.io is an unlimited design subscription service helping startups and growing companies access high-quality design without hiring in-house designers, managing freelancers, or working with multiple agencies.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Closer to take qualified sales calls, understand prospect needs, present Zyner’s offer, and convert warm leads into paying customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on sales calls, understands consultative selling, and knows how to close warm prospects with professionalism, clarity, and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Take sales calls with qualified prospects who have shown interest in Zyner
- Speak with founders, marketing leaders, operators, and other decision-makers
- Understand each prospect’s design needs, current workflow, budget, urgency, and buying timeline
- Clearly present Zyner’s unlimited design subscription and connect the offer to the prospect’s specific needs
- Handle objections around pricing, timing, trust, workflow, quality, and fit
- Guide warm prospects toward becoming paying customers during the sales call
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, objections, deal status, next steps, and follow-ups
- Consistently work toward sales targets and closing-rate expectations set by the team
- Work with the team to improve sales scripts, objection handling, follow-up strategy, and close rates
Compensation
This is a commission-only role.
You will earn 5% of all cash collected from deals that are closed.
Strong performers, especially those closing more quarterly and annual packages, can expect to earn $8,000/month or more.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Experience closing warm leads or qualified sales calls
- Comfortable speaking with founders, marketing leaders, operators, and other decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand prospect pain points and position Zyner clearly
- Ability to maintain solid, industry-standard close rates
- Organized, consistent, and performance-focused
- Previous B2B sales, high-ticket sales, SaaS sales, agency sales, or service-based sales experience is a strong plus
