About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can work directly with international clients, lead requirement discovery, and translate business needs into structured, high-quality product requirements while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.

You will take ownership of requirement gathering, drive workshops, and work closely with both clients and engineering teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, practical, and aligned with business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and communicative, capable of bridging business and technology while adding real value beyond documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with international clients
• Drive discussions to clearly define product scope, user flows, and system behavior
• Translate business needs into structured product requirements and documentation
• Conduct competitor and industry research to strengthen solution design
• Work closely with engineering teams to scope systems and define technical requirements
• Understand client KPIs and align product scope to achieve business outcomes
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and risks early in the process
• Support pre-sales discussions and solution shaping when required
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, and productivity
• Ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or product environments
• Proven experience working directly with international clients
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to lead workshops and drive structured conversations
• Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations
• Experience working across both startup and enterprise platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Strong ownership, proactiveness, and decision-making mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI-enabled products or features
• Exposure to domains such as proptech, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or IoT systems
• Experience working with distributed teams across regions
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
