Candidate Profile

 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (e.g., CIM/SLIM or equivalent)

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

 Basic IT skills (MS Office, Email, Internet)

 Male candidates preferred

 Motorbike is essential (fuel/maintenance allowance will be provided)

 Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

 Pleasant personality with strong presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

·  Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by:

• Following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries

• Supporting client pitches and product presentations

• Helping generate referral business through existing clients

• Assisting in managing and developing dealer networks

·  Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing

·  Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

·  Act as a point of contact for customers (in-person and via phone/email)

·  Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects
