Resposibilities
- Create high-volume, high-quality social media assets, including LinkedIn carousels, graphics, and campaign creatives.
- Design digital marketing materials such as email banners, blog visuals, and website imagery.
- Produce sales collateral, including one-pagers, presentations, pitch decks, and adapt assets across multiple channels.
- Deliver assets quickly and consistently, working to fast turnaround expectations (hours/days, not weeks)
- Build and maintain reusable templates to enable scalable, efficient content production
- Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
- Use AI tools and modern platforms (e.g. Canva) to accelerate output, generate concepts, and improve efficiency
- Continuously improve visual consistency, layout standards, and brand presentation across all materials
- Manage and prioritise design requests across marketing and commercial teams
- Maintain a structured and scalable design asset library
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Canva as a design tool (Adobe tools secondary where required)
- Experience using AI tools within your design workflow
- Proven ability to produce high-quality assets quickly and consistently
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and modern digital design standards
- Ability to turn ideas into polished outputs with minimal direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
