Description of Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Acceptance cheques & Cash from customers
- Printing and issuing of receipts while assuring accuracy.
- Entering and issuing of the customer invoices on time.
- Maintaining of Invoice files & supporting documents.
- Maintaining of the customer VAT registration documents.
- Update Cash Book.
Key Requirements:
- Fresher or about to 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Completed A/L s in Commerce stream
- Age range - 20-25 Years
- Work Locations - Narahenpita
- Working Days and working hours - Weekdays (8.30 A.M. - 5.00 P.M.)
