About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects while championing our core values of passion, commitment, and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial proposal and budget outlining to final delivery and status reporting, ensuring every project is completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project proposals and detailed project plans to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation, including both internal teams and third-party partners.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure resources remain on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Submit project deliverables and maintain rigorous oversight to ensure they adhere to established quality standards.
• Outline project budgets based on requirements and closely track costs to ensure delivery remains within budget.
• Prepare regular status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Liaise and coordinate directly with clients, preparing all necessary collateral in advance of communications to manage expectations and ensure customer delight.
• Grow and champion company cultural values of passion, commitment, and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain currency with latest industry trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management workflow.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities connected and incidental to the assigned project objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or project coordination.
• Strong ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into structured, actionable tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication skills for professional client liaison and cross-functional team coordination.
• Proficiency in budget tracking, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
• High level of attention to detail regarding project deliverables and quality benchmarks.
• Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-moving environments and evolving project needs.

Nice To Have

• Basic understanding of CAD and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, Blender)
• Experience with post-production tools such as Photoshop.
