We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our Service Call Center operations through targeted headhunting initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in customer service and call center environments, especially from reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center or customer service operations
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Good knowledge of complaint handling and customer satisfaction management
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple service requests effectively
  • Exposure to technical/service coordination is an added advantage
  • G.C.E. A/L qualification (Tamil language skills will be an added advantage)
