Anscom is an automation design studio established in 2011 by technology professionals. We integrate world-class ELV, audio/visual, security and automation solutions for properties worldwide. Our scope of work covers design, supply, installation, configuration, and after-sales service & support.

Anscom Technologies is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the company’s sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of technology-driven solutions. Experience in AV, ELV, ICT, or related industries will be a strong advantage.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for key projects
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
  • Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs and targets

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in AV, ELV, ICT, electronics, or technology solution sales is preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
  • Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
  • Good understanding of technology solutions and systems integration concepts
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools
