Anscom Technologies is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the company’s sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of technology-driven solutions. Experience in AV, ELV, ICT, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for key projects
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
- Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs and targets
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or a related field
- Experience in AV, ELV, ICT, electronics, or technology solution sales is preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
- Good understanding of technology solutions and systems integration concepts
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools
