The Role
Looking for AI-Focused Forward Deployed Engineers to drive enterprise adoption of powerful AI tools for Software Engineering. You'll be the primary technical interface for clients, onboarding them, running enablement workshops, translating business needs into AI workflows, and ensuring they get real value. System design and codebase work come in later phases.
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
- Translating customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
- Troubleshooting and guiding clients in real-time
- Relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Supporting integrations, custom configurations, and pilot deployments
- Building client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, technical customer roles, or AI enablement
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
- Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and APIs
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Nice to have: LLM/prompt engineering experience, enterprise SaaS exposure, consulting or solution engineering background.
- Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and APIsity, ETand motivated by delivering tangible client outcomes.
