About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Operations to support client onboarding, implementation coordination, and customer success initiatives. This role will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth rollouts, timely follow-ups, and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools, and eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support new client onboarding and implementation activities
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Track rollout plans, timelines, and implementation milestones
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Provide customer support and client visits whenever required
- Assist with operational reporting, documentation, and process coordination
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the onboarding lifecycle
