Requirements:

• Prior work experience in General HR with strong exposure to Payroll functions
• Confident communicator with excellent English skills (written & spoken)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to interact comfortably with employees at all levels
• Strong coordination and people-handling skills
• Experience in a BPO environment will be a strong advantage
• Good understanding of attendance handling, HRIS, and employee coordination
