Senior Project Manager (12-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT digitalization and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and hands-on experience in managing projects across the full SDLC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate project progress, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting
• Prepare and manage project proposals, project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Drive Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained, including reports, presentations, and project plans
• Obtain customer acceptance for agreed project deliverables
• Establish and manage change request processes while monitoring project impact and timelines
• Foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams
• Promote continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with at least 4 years across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience managing IT digitalization and transformation projects is highly preferred
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, CSM, or ACP certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management

Contract Duration

• 12 Months
