Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the overall security operations of the Toyota Lanka branch network.
• Supervise and coordinate with outsourced security service providers to ensure effective security coverage at all locations.
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits at branches to ensure compliance with company security standards.
• Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, or irregular activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to branch staff and security personnel on security procedures and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• Age between 35-45
• Retired Armed Forces personnel (Army / Navy / Air Force) are strongly preferred.
• Rank of Captain (Army) or below (or equivalent) will be given priority.
• Minimum of 10 years of service experience in security, operations or administration.
• Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control systems and security protocols.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Should be computer literate in MS Office packages.
