We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning and development programs. This role is pivotal in building a strong learning culture and ensuring teams are equipped with the technical and professional capabilities required to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical systems and effective learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and deliver impactful training solutions aligned with organizational strategy and business goals.
You will take ownership of onboarding programs, technical training modules, and continuous learning frameworks while ensuring training effectiveness through data-driven evaluation and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s overall training and development strategy
- Design and deliver structured technical training programs across platforms, tools, and workflows
- Develop and manage onboarding programs for new technical and delivery hires
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify critical skill gaps
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured learning content
- Lead and manage training teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align training with system updates and releases
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Define and monitor training KPIs such as learning adoption, engagement, and performance improvement
- Continuously improve training materials, learning paths, and knowledge assets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology-driven environment (software development, IT services, technical operations, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or technical enablement leadership roles
- Proven experience in designing and implementing technical training programs in a technology or software organization
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Professional certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, HR, or Project Management will be an added advantage
